Chicken Lollypops

CHIKEN LOLLYPOPS

Ingredients:
  • Chicken wings- 16 nos.
  • Batter
  • Corn flour- 200gms
  • Egg- 2 nos.
  • Soyasouce- 5ml
  • Salt- To taste
  • Pepper- To taste
  • Red colour- 5gms
  • Oil- 100ml

Method:
  1. Prepare chicken wings for lollypops.
  2. Marinate with salt, pepper, and soyasauce.
  3. Make a batter with cornflour eggs, salt, pepper.
  4. Add colour, dip chicken wings into batter.
  5. Deep fry the lollypops and serve hot.
