CHIKEN LOLLYPOPS
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings- 16 nos.
- Batter
- Corn flour- 200gms
- Egg- 2 nos.
- Soyasouce- 5ml
- Salt- To taste
- Pepper- To taste
- Red colour- 5gms
- Oil- 100ml
Method:
- Prepare chicken wings for lollypops.
- Marinate with salt, pepper, and soyasauce.
- Make a batter with cornflour eggs, salt, pepper.
- Add colour, dip chicken wings into batter.
- Deep fry the lollypops and serve hot.
